We often have soft boiled eggs for breakfast. I prefer my yolk to be a little more runny than this one. But I have to be careful with the timing because Susan doesn’t like a runny white.
We have different decapitation methods. I smash the top with my spoon then use it to remove the lid carefully. Then I can dip my Marmite soldiers. Susan basically hacks at it with a knife straight through the widest point, sometimes below halfway down. Yolk goes everywhere.
